John W. Melstrom

Throughout his career, Mr. Melstrom has specialized in business development, particularly with entrepreneurs in the manufacturing and automotive supply industries. In addition to his success in his profession, Mr. Melstrom is an accomplished businessman and industrialist. This hands on experience makes him an invaluable resource to his clients. He understands each client’s business from the inside which places his consul in high demand. His passion, creativity, and knowledge have gained him the respect of his clients, associates, and professional colleagues.
Mr. Melstrom began his association with the firm as Partner in 1968. Today, he is a well-recognized expert in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, succession planning, and business, tax, and investment consulting.
Mr. Melstrom is the Director of Lease Corporation of America, Treasurer of 400 Hamilton Association, Partner/Limited Partner of IncWell, and the Director of Conifer Holdings Inc.
Mr. Melstrom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University. He has served, often in the leadership role of chairman or vice chairman, on multiple boards, both public, private, and civic.
